Tuesdays 7:30-8:30PM

Wednesdays 5-6PM

Thursdays 7:30-8:30PM

Fridays 6:30-7:30PM

Training Location:  The nZone - 14550 Lee Rd, Chantilly VA 

-Meet in the TrueAP Area in the Back of the Basketball courts

I agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies regarding the payment and attendance of each party involved while I am a client of True Athlete Performance (TrueAP). This includes every session scheduled between TrueAP and myself. Please read and click the check box at the bottom to acknowledge acceptance of these policies.

  • Client is required to PREPAY for all scheduled training sessions.
  • All payments must be made with a major credit card at the time of registration. If you need to pay with cash, check (payable to TrueAP), contact a TrueAP representative.
  • There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
  • All pre-paid training sessions (both individual and group) are non-refundable with the exception of medical or health complications.
  • In the event of a refund, TrueAP reserves the right to retain a 10% processing fee on the amount of original transaction.
  • I hereby authorize TrueAP for the use of photos of me taken while participating in any programs for the use of promotion or marketing only.

As a client of TrueAP I intend to engage in strenuous physical activities. I acknowledge that these activities involve certain risks and I understand that being a part of a TrueAP program that I voluntarily assume these risks. I mean to include in the assumption of risk, the risk is of injury no matter how serious. In consideration of being accepted as a client of TrueAP, I hereby release and forever discharge TrueAP, its management, partners, agents, contractors, and employees (whether acting within the scope of their employment or not) from any claims, demands, or causes of action relating to or arising from my presence or participation in a TrueAP program, which may result in injury to me or even death. I intend this release to bind my heirs, executors, assigns, administrators, personal representatives, and myself.

If there are any questions or concerns regarding the terms, conditions, and policies implemented by True Athlete Performance, please discuss them with one of our representatives. 

I understand that training outside or using a facility in which other people have been present exposes me to the risk of contracting communicable diseases including, but not limited to, Covid-19.  I understand True Athlete Peformance will engage in reasonable cleaning practices to reduce the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, but TrueAP will not be held responsible if I should contract a communicable disease that I believe I was exposed to at TrueAP.  I will follow applicable rules regarding the cleaning of equipment and facilities after my use. If I believe I obtained a communicable disease at TrueAP I will inform TrueAP staff as soon as reasonably practicable. Additionally, I will not use TrueAP Training or facilities while ill or having a communicable disease.
